An opportunity is available for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support K-12 students in an in-person setting. This full-time, contracted position is based in Tonasket, WA, and is focused on delivering specialized educational services for students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure integrated learning experiences.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and independence.
